Starting from 27 Feb 01, a pedestrian area has been set up in Russell Street. The best way to access Times Square by car is via Sharp Street East Entrance. Exit of the car park is on Russell Street. To the drop-off area, it is moved to the exit of Lane Crawford in Times Square.
